Bonsella Business Solutions consists of accountants and support staff at various levels. We have a relaxed and very enjoyable working environment.
Our professional staff are encouraged to complete the CA program to become admitted as a Chartered Accountant and our administration staff further their education by way of business administration certificates and traineeships.
We have weekly staff training sessions and regularly attend conferences and seminars to stay abreast of legislation changes and strategy opportunities.
We encourage our staff to keep a good work/life balance. Many of our staff enjoy a range of sporting activities including rugby, cricket, soccer, triathlon, hockey, walking, basketball, touch football and general gym training.
Bonsella Business Solutions proudly partakes in various charitable activities such as the Cancer Council’s ‘Shave for a Cure’ and ‘Tour for a cure – Vietnam’ as well as supporting Oxfam and World Vision through our sponsorship child, Kwesi, from Ghana.
We hold regular team bonding activities, such as conferences, surfing lessons, lawn bowling, dinners and paintball and we enjoy the social side of life together.

Bernard Hardy CA
Partner
Bern is a founding partner of Bonsella Business Solutions with over 15 years experience in Accounting. He has international experience as the CFO of a large UK company as well as experience in other large accounting firms in Australia. Bern can provide advice to both large and small businesses. He loves a laugh and believes in a very balanced approach to work and life. Aside from accounting, he is also passionate about sport, travel and spending time with his family, in particular his two young daughters, Hannah and Bonnie. |

Dion Cannell CA
Partner
Dion has an excess of 13 years experience in small business advice and taxation work. He prides himself in his ability to understand client requirements and exceed their expectations. A founding partner of Bonsella Business Solutions, Dion explains the most complex taxation issues in a non-intimidating and easy to understand manner. His weekends are usually occupied on a soccer field, where he still runs around in the local competition. His soccer interest has recently been re-prioritised since the birth of his daughter, Marley. |

Adam Davidson CA
Partner
Adam is a qualified accountant with both commerce and law degrees. His ability to interpret taxation law for our clients best outcomes have proven very successful to date. ‘Davo’ enjoys a close relationship with clients to ensure their best interests are catered for. Being a member of the ANU hockey club and the Bonsella touch football team keep him fit enough to walk his dog, ‘Del’. Adam and his wife Emma have also recently welcomed the arrival of their first child, Lucy Davidson. Senior Manager
Peter recently joined Bonsella as a senior manager. He comes to Bonsella with great experience in the industry. Peter’s move to Bonsella is his grand return to an “office” job having spent the last few years raising his three kids, while helping his wife out with her own businesses. Peter also brings with him the key soccer skills required to perform at Institute soccer days! |

Sarah Collins
Accountant
Sarah has recently completed her Commerce degree and
she is now working with us full time. Sarah returned to Canberra after some time working and studying in Brisbane and has adjusted surprisingly well to the cold Canberra climate. Sarah has also become the self nominated social co-ordinator for Bonsella and is happy to party, even if no-one else is! |

Lisa Millward
Accountant
Lisa is Canberra born and bred and has recently completed her Commerce degree, whereupon she commenced full time accounting work at Bonsella. Her cunning soccer skills contributed to the success of the Bonsella team in the ICAA Soccer Day in April. Lisa is looking forward to a well deserved long holiday through Europe to celebrate the completion of her degree. |

Our country girl in the big smoke! Stacey has a ‘can-do’ attitude where nothing is too much trouble. Her knowledge of the individual taxation system is second to none and her fantastic efficiency results in smooth transitions from Bonsella, back to the client. Tip: an interest in country music helps you get along with Stace! |

Albie is studying commerce at university and works part time at Bonsella. He spends a lot of his time out of the office visiting clients as he is responsible for most of the bookkeeping side of things. He enjoys having a good time, which horrified his parents at the recent Bonsella office re-launch event! Albie has already established a great rapport with our clients, and has found his place comfortably in the Bonsella culture. |

Dorothy is Bonsella’s most recent new recruit. She is a graduate accountant and is an expert with self managed superannuation funds. We look forward to her contribution to the Bonsella team and welcome her to the Bonsella family! |

Tiana Caputo
Office Administration
Tiana has become the new “face of Bonsella” as our receptionist. For those that had become used to seeing Renee at the front desk, you may recognise a similar face and name. Tiana took over the role from her sister when Renee decided it was time for change. So, at least we’re keeping it in the family and Tiana has competently filled her sisters shoes in a very busy role in reception. |

Kirstie Hardy
Business Manager
Kirstie is, as the name might suggest, Bern’s wife. She is the Business Manager and is responsible for making sure our business operates efficiently. She is constantly reviewing our internal processes and systems and is responsible for managing Bonsella’s HR function as well as anything else that happens to get thrown her way. Kirst works part time and spends the other two days of the working week taking care of Hannah and Bonnie – the two youngest Hardy’s.
